Day 1: Arrive Melbourne
Arrive at Melbourne International Airport and transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon proceed on your own to Sea life Melbourne aquarium. Home to over 10,000 animals, including one of the world’s largest Saltwater Crocodiles in the state-of-the-art Croc Lair exhibit, SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium takes you on an interactive adventure from the depths of the ocean to the icy waters of Antarctica.
Later walk over to Eureka Skydeck for a thrilling experience! Nothing you have experienced will prepare you for the awe inspiring view of Melbourne from the Southern Hemisphere’s highest viewing platform. Skydeck 88 is the only observation deck in the world that can thrill you with ‘The Edge’ – a glass cube which projects 3 metres out from the building – with you in it – suspended almost 300 meters above the ground!

Day 2: Melbourne
Melbourne has compelling appeal in its gardens, its history, its character and its charm. Arcades, laneways, Chinatown, gardens and lifestyle form the richness of this most dynamic and vibrant city. After breakfast, you will set off on a tour of the city where you will visit Old Melbourne Gaol, Prestigious Melbourne University, Royal Exhibition Buildings & Museum, Parliament House and Princess Theatre, St Patrick’s Cathedral (photo stop), you will also visit Captain Cook’s Cottage (own expense) and Fitzroy Gardens, East Melbourne – ornate Victorian terraced homes. Later visit Queen Victoria Market – look for a bargain, wander around the fresh produce and take in the vibrant cosmopolitan atmosphere also walk through Chinatown and take in the character of this colourful area.
Later proceed for Penguin Parade with Penguins plus premium viewing, Kangaroos, Koalas, Wetlands, and exclusive Churchill Island & Phillip Island. Evening is at leisure.

Day 3: Melbourne – Port Campbell
The Great Ocean Road is renowned as one of the world’s famous coastal drives, running 320 kilometers along the dramatic south-west coast of Victoria. The Great Ocean Road sits atop the world’s best seller list of famous coastal drives. The rugged Cliffside and dazzling azure ocean waves have carved a masterpiece of rock formations that stretch along this famous coastal region. Nestled in amongst the perilous Cliffside’s and sweeping beaches are a blend of coastal resort towns whose atmospheres range from trendy and sophisticated like Lorne to sleepy and peaceful like Apollo Bay.
After breakfast pick up your rental car from Melbourne and depart for Great Ocean Road. Today brings an unforgettable memory as you travel one of the world’s most scenic coastal drives. Take in the natural beauty of this rugged coastline as it unfolds before you, to Port Campbell National Park. See the mighty power of the ocean as you visit the Twelve Apostles, Loch Arc Gorge and the remains of London Bridge. Discover the reason this coastline has been named “The Shipwreck Coast”.

Day 4: Great Ocean Road / Melbourne via Sovereign Hill
Today, after breakfast check out and drive to Sovereign Hill & Ballarat before you head to Melbourne.
Australia’s foremost outdoor museum, Sovereign Hill re-creates Ballarat’s first ten years after the discovery of gold in 1851 when thousands of international adventurers rushed to the Australian goldfields in search of fortune.
At Sovereign Hill, you can see a spectacular $100,000 gold pour, venture underground on a fully-guided gold mine tour or catch a horse-drawn coach (at your own expense)and tour the town. Go shopping 1850s-style and visit hotels, schools and a theatre with goldfields entertainers. See steam-driven machinery in action and chat with their wheelwrights, candlemakers and confectioners as they ply their trades. On their streets and in their theatre, you will be entertained by costumed goldfields characters who are happy to pose for a great photo.
Later proceed to Melbourne. On arrival check-in the hotel.
