Family Plan and Child policy

Upto two children under the age of 0 – 12 years can share their parent’s room using existing bedding at no additional cost, meals free.

Extra bed (single) can be provided for child with an extra charge of INR 1000 net per night inclusive of taxes on bed only basis.

Triple Occupancy–Children above 12 years will be treated as an adult & will be charged at:
CPAI package @ INR 3000 per night inclusive of complimentary extra bed

MAPAI package @ INR 3500 per night inclusive of complimentary extra bed

APAI package @ INR 4000 per night inclusive of complimentary extra bed

Maximum occupancy per room would be 3 adults Or 2 adults & 2 children, availability of an extra bed is subject to availability.

Payment Policy
50% Pre-payments should be made while booking.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 15:00Hrs on the day of arrival,

Check-out on day of departure is 11:00 Hrs.

Extra charges apply for guaranteed early check-in and late check-out.

For early arrivals the hotel can provide temporary luggage storage.
Terms & Conditions:
Cancellation, No-Show& Early Checkouts
All cancellations are to be sent in writing to the hotel reservations department at least 21 days prior to arrival during normal/peak period and to be duly acknowledged by the hotel reservations department.

In the event of late cancellation(less than 21 days) a fee equal to 50% of the total tariff will apply,

No Show 100% tariff applies.

For early departures, written notice is required at least 48 hours prior to changed departure date and is to be duly acknowledged by the hotel reservations department.

Failure to notify the hotel of an early departure within the prescribed notification period will be subject to payment for the balance of the originally booked dates.
